GAOSSAHP Certification Operational Framework
1. How Does Certification Work?
-
The speaker or institution requests certification for their course or seminar.
-
GAOSSAHP assigns an available official certifier, previously trained and accredited by us.
-
The certifier attends the course (in person or virtually) and performs a full evaluation during the live execution of the event.
2. What Does the Certifier Evaluate?
During the course, the certifier monitors real-time compliance with at least 90% of the 20 official criteria, including:
-
Up-to-date content
-
Clear communication
-
Delivery of study materials
-
Post-course feedback channel (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp)
-
Participant assessment
-
Inclusive and respectful environment
-
Speaker’s conflict of interest declaration
-
Minimum course duration
-
Teacher-student interaction
-
Proper administration of the final evaluation
If the course meets 90% or more, it is granted the official GAOSSAHP institutional certificate.
If it meets 80–89%, a mandatory correction notice is issued, and the course must be reassessed in its next edition.
If below 80%, the course is not certified.
3. Who Can Be an Official GAOSSAHP Certifier?
-
Anyone who has completed the official GAOSSAHP certifier training course.
-
The course costs $1,000 USD.
-
Completion does not grant automatic certification rights, but inclusion in the official registry of available certifiers.
Important: Being a GAOSSAHP certifier does not authorize you to issue certificates independently. You may only certify when officially assigned by GAOSSAHP.
4. How Are Certifications Assigned?
-
When an institution requests certification, GAOSSAHP checks availability and assigns a free certifier.
-
The certifier attends the course, applies the official evaluation rubric, submits a formal report, and receives $100 USD.
This modest payment reflects recognition for supporting the creation of high-quality learning environments.
