GAOSSAHP Official Certification Guidelines

Updated Content

All courses must be based on current scientific evidence, with recent bibliography (from the last 5 years) and verifiable sources.

Clear and Didactic Communication
Information must be explained with accuracy, using accessible language and an appropriate pedagogical structure.

3.-

Use of Visual Strategies
The use of visual support materials such as presentations, infographics, diagrams, videos, or interactive models is mandatory.

4.-

Mandatory Final Assessment
A final exam will be administered at the end of the course. Certification will only be granted with a minimum score of 80% correct answers.

Periodic Content Updates
Courses must be reviewed and updated at least every three years to ensure the validity of the certification.

Inclusive and Respectful Environment
All forms of discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or academic background are strictly prohibited.

Provision of Study Materials
Each course must include downloadable resources: documents, tables, summaries, bibliography, or recordings.

Access to Continuous Feedback
Participants must have a communication channel with the instructors for at least three months after the course completion.

9.-

Student Interaction Platform
Each course must establish a digital community (such as a Telegram group, WhatsApp, or educational platform) to encourage interaction.

Anonymous Instructor Evaluation
At the end of the course, participants will be able to evaluate the instructor anonymously to improve the quality of education.

Conflict of Interest Declaration
Instructors must disclose any relationships with commercial brands, laboratories, or sponsors that could influence the content.

Minimum Certifiable Duration
Courses must have a minimum duration of 10 effective hours, combining theory and practice, to be eligible for certification.

Specified Academic Level
All courses must specify their level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Certificates with Serial Number and Digital Validation
Each issued certificate must have a unique number and an online validation system through the official website.

Accessible Language
Courses must include at least key materials in both Spanish and English if they have an international reach.

16.-

Accessibility for People with Disabilities
All digital content must be designed to be accessible for individuals with hearing or visual disabilities.

GAOSSAHP Instructor Code of Ethics
All instructors must sign a code of ethics that reinforces their commitment to scientific integrity and human respect.

Professional and Empathetic Attitude
Interaction with students must be conducted in a cordial tone, without arrogance, and with a willingness to address questions.

Certification Revocation Clause
GAOSSAHP reserves the right to revoke a certification upon evidence of malpractice, plagiarism, or the promotion of pseudoscience.

20.-

Institutional Review and Approval
GAOSSAHP will evaluate each course, either in person or virtually, to verify compliance with these guidelines before granting certification.
